What shipping options are available?
We offer tracked shipping through Australia Post domestically and International Courier depending on your global destination. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.
Can I track my order?
Yes, in Australia, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our tracking page or through the carrier’s website.
Please contact us if you wish to have tracked International shipping.
What is your return policy?
As our products are made to order and/or customised we do not accept any returns. Our upmost diligence has been taken to ensure that product descriptions are accurate.
Do you offer personalisation?

What can I do if items purchased arrive damaged?
If your order is damaged during transport (and you chose to insure your package), email us at info@thelaserhut.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order, with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will promptly arrange to send you replacements.
We are not liable for any damages that may occur during the unboxing process or after usage, or after 5 days of delivery of your items.
